The full suite of National Professional Qualifications are delivered through the South Central Teaching School Hub (TSH), working in partnership with University College London (UCL) and the Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership (CEFEL).

Initio is also a delivery partner for the South Central Teaching School Hub covering the Dorset and BCP region. From Autumn 2023, in collaboration with the Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership (CEFEL) Initio will be a delivery partner for NPQflex, a tailored approach to delivering the NPQ programme in-house.

Our small schools (under 150 pupils) are also able to access NPQsmall. The NPQsmall is bespoke in design and delivery , enabling colleagues to engage with high-quality leadership training, while recognising the opportunities and challenges specific to these schools.
